Who is a KidCoach?
Our KidCoach volunteers supports the growth and leadership of Kids from underserved communities. This remote opportunity allows you to tap into your own inner Kid, in a fun and guided volunteer experience. As you receive support from our team and our extended volunteer community, you can enhance your own listening and coaching skills, while you guide a Kid towards becoming an Agent of Change in their community through our Ready, Set, Goal! program.
About Ready, Set, Goal!
Ready, Set, Goal! is a 6 month leadership development program that matches Kids aged 9-12 from diverse, underserved communities in the GTA with KidCoaches who help them plan and implement a community goal project (Goal of Contribution). Through weekly 30-minute phone calls using a guided activity book, KidCoaches support Kids in building confidence, practicing Possibility Thinking, all while creating greater community awareness and social responsibility.
