We're excited about Kids.
“My Future Possibilities goal was to help children. And I did. I collected over 1,000 slightly used toys and books to give to the children at Yellow Brick House, a women’s shelter. I have never done anything so big. I feel very proud of myself for doing this. I learned that every big goal has lots of little steps to take in it. Future Possibilities helped me learn that that I can do anything if I just try - one step at a time. And when I’m grown up and have a dream, I will have already had the practice I need to make that dream happen. Thank you!” — A Future Possibilitarian

Volunteering

KidCoaching is a powerful and generous way of interacting with children that is conducive to the creation of a relationship based on mutual respect, discovery and appreciation. This kind of relationship invites trust, openness, honesty, and fun. KidCoaching provides a fertile environment for children to joyfully explore who they are and what is important to them.

What’s in it for You?

When you become a Future Possibilities KidCoach, you get:

  • An opportunity to make a positive, sometimes transformational, difference in the life of a child
  • A Certificate to recognize the training and coaching you have received, as well as, the coaching you will be delivering as a KidCoach with your child throughout our six month program
  • A Lead Coach (there is one Lead Coach for each ten KidCoaches) to enhance your training and to support your success in our program
  • A fun, dedicated, and creative community of volunteers and leaders
  • An opportunity to interact with people of different cultures
  • A chance to learn from children
  • An opportunity for personal growth
  • Meals at all training sessions, workshops, and celebration events
  • A Future Possibilities T-Shirt
  • And so much more!!
